We will do a deep dive into your comprehensive health history, current daily habits, and specific goals. Together, we’ll look at where you are now and build a personalized, actionable lifestyle roadmap. By the end of the hour, you will have clear, physician-led steps to start reversing fatty liver, optimizing your nutrition, and building sustainable habits.

Q: How is this different from a regular doctor visit?

Unlike a typical clinic visit, this session focuses entirely on lifestyle, prevention, and long-term health goals rather than just treating symptoms. While I am a medical doctor, during these sessions I am acting strictly in the role of a health coach. I do not diagnose conditions, conduct official medical assessments, or prescribe medications, and this does not replace your relationship with your primary care physician. Instead, you get the deep medical expertise of a doctor combined with the practical, habit-building guidance of a coach to empower you with a personalized lifestyle roadmap!

Q: What kind of topics can we discuss?

We can discuss any lifestyle and wellness goals you have. While we will focus heavily on reversing fatty liver and optimizing your nutrition, we can also cover improving your daily energy levels, managing stress, getting better sleep, or reviewing specific lab results so you understand what they mean for your daily habits. This is your dedicated time to get clarity on your unique health situation.

Q: Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

To make the most of our hour together, please have any recent lab results, a list of current medications or supplements, and any specific notes about your health concerns ready. I also recommend jotting down your top 1–2 health goals so we know exactly what matters most to you right now.

Q: What happens after the session?

After our call, you’ll receive a clear summary of our discussion along with your recommended action steps. If you decide you'd like ongoing accountability and support to reach your goals, I have a few monthly memberships slots available. But there's absolutely no obligation to do so.

Q: Can I book this session if I’m not in California?

Yes! Because I am acting in the capacity of a health coach rather than providing primary medical care, these virtual video sessions are available to clients worldwide.

Q: What if I need to reschedule?
